What are you going to do
As a Financial Administrator, you ensure that our financial records are processed fully, promptly and accurately. You are a key link within the finance department and work closely with your colleagues to ensure that financial data is reliable and reports are available on time.

In addition to your daily administrative duties, you will assist with month-end and year-end closings and actively contribute ideas on improving and streamlining processes. Furthermore, you will be involved in:

Processing and checking purchase invoices;

· Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including sending reminders and formal notices;

· Monitoring outstanding items and payment terms;

Processing bank transactions and cash flows;

- Checking and maintaining general ledger and sub-ledgers;

· Assisting with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes;

· Preparing financial reports and statements;

· Preparing and submitting VAT and CBS returns, among other things;

· Assisting with audits and financial controls;

· Identifying anomalies and contributing ideas for process improvements;

· Contributing to the further digitalisation and automation of administrative processes.

Depending on your experience, you will also be given the opportunity to play a greater role within system administration and process optimisation.

Who are we looking for?

· A completed intermediate or higher vocational education in a financial discipline;

· Experience in a financial administrative role;

· Experience with financial systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office;

· Good command of the Dutch and English languages;

· An accurate and independent work ethic;

· You are proactive, have strong communication skills, are reliable and enjoy thinking along about improvements.

· A salary between €3,000 and €3,400 gross per month based on full-time employment, depending on knowledge and experience;

· 25 days' holiday based on full-time employment;

· A good pension scheme under which Klaas Puul pays 60% of the contribution;

· Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre;
