Have you already gained some experience in IT, for example through an internship, part-time job or your own projects, and are you ready to make a real impact in the professional world? Great. Then we have the perfect place for you to grow, learn and make a difference.
You'll be joining a really nice and dedicated team within our organisation. Although we don't yet have a full IT team on-site, you'll receive professional guidance and direction from our IT department in the UK. This means you'll be the main point of contact on-site while simultaneously receiving the support to continue developing yourself.
What are you going to do?
You are the first point of contact for colleagues in the office and ensure their workday runs smoothly. Every day you learn new skills, take on real responsibility, and receive support from the UK where needed.
Your daily impact:
- IT Support That Makes a Difference: You fix problems and ensure systems keep running.
- User onboarding: You ensure new colleagues get off to a flying start.
- Hardware & devices: Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices.
- Laptop builds: You are configuring new equipment according to our standards.
- IT Inventory You keep our hardware tidy and organised.
- Warehouse support: Maintenance of, among others, Zebra printers and handheld terminals.
- Software support: Windows 11, Office, Adobe — and more and more.
- Learning by doing You will learn on the job and collaborate with our engineers in the UK.
What are you bringing?
- Any practical experience in IT (internship, part-time job or personal projects).
- Interest in hardware, Windows, networking and all that goes with it.
- You speak fluent Dutch and sufficient English to communicate well with the UK.
- Good communication skills: you make IT understandable.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn mindset.
- Team spirit, independence, and a sense of responsibility (you are the local IT point of contact).
- You don't need to be an expert yet, but rather someone who wants to become one.
