For the Volendam location, we are looking for an enthusiastic;

Supply Chain Planner (40 hours per week)

What are you going to do?

As a Supply Chain Planner, you are the vital link between production, logistics, and external partners. You translate forecasts, customer orders, and historical data into an executable plan, making adjustments where necessary.

Your duties will include:

  • Drawing up and continuously updating production and freeze planning based on forecasts, historical data, and customer orders.;
  • Translating the customer's request into an efficient production schedule, including the cooking line.;
  • Creating and processing production and customer orders;
  • Drafting pallet letters and managing production administration;
  • Aligning planning with production, packaging lines, logistics, and transport;
  • Monitoring of internal and external stock, including customer stock;
  • Ensuring the timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.;
  • Checking best-before dates (THT), product specifications, and quality marks.;
  • Ensuring full traceability through correct registration and charge linkages in SAP;
  • Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in planning, inventory, and production.;
  • Coordinating alignment between internal departments and external partners during disruptions;
  • Managing master data and item information;
  • Support with promotions, campaigns and seasonal peaks;
  • Continuously improving planning processes, data quality, and collaboration within the supply chain.

What are you bringing?

You are a forward-thinking planner, quick to adapt and able to maintain an overview, even when plans change.

Additionally, you have:

  • A completed MBO or HBO qualification, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or a similar field.;
  • Experience within supply chain, logistics, or production planning;
  • Good analytical skills and a strong numerical understanding.;
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and a good command of Excel;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to connect different interests.;
  • A structured, accurate, and proactive work attitude.

What do we offer?

  • A challenging role within an international and dynamic supply chain environment.;
  • A gross monthly salary between €3,300 – €4,000 (based on full-time employment and experience);
  • A fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the intention to extend it upon satisfactory performance;
  • 25 days' holiday per year based on full-time employment;
  • A good pension scheme to which Klaas Puul contributes 60%;
  • Fruit at work;
  • Travel expenses of €0.23 per km from 10 km one way;
