Call Centre Operative / Part-time Production Worker (0 to 24 hours per week)

What are you going to do?
In this role, you will be deployed for various tasks, such as packing and processing our shrimp, and loading and unloading containers. Hygiene and safety are of paramount importance to us, and you will ensure that your tasks are always carried out safely and hygienically.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from approximately 06:00 to 14:30 and on Saturdays from 05:30 to approximately 11:00, with your working days to be agreed upon.
What are we looking for?
As a Production Worker on a zero-hours contract, we expect:
- MBO work and thought level considered minimal;
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a production or logistical environment.;
- A proactive, accurate and hygienic attitude, and you are a real team player;
- Good verbal and written command of both Dutch and English;
- Basic knowledge of food safety and familiarity with guidelines around food fraud and food defence, or the willingness to develop further in these areas.

- An attractive gross hourly wage, excluding 8% holiday pay: 18 years: €10,- per hour 19 years: €11.50 per hour 20 years: €13,- per hour 21 years and over: €15,- per hour;
- A supplement of 25% on the hourly wage when working more than 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday;
- A supplement of 50% on the hourly wage if you work on Saturday;
- A surcharge of 100% on the hourly wage for working on Sundays and public holidays;
- A good pension scheme;
- In addition to the regular 30-minute break, there is also a paid break of 20 minutes per day for production staff.;
- 25 days of holiday based on a full-time employment contract.
