Ingredients

  • 150 g raw seafood mix
  • 200g cooked linguine, reserve some pasta water
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 100 ml tomato passata
  • Basil variety
  • Salt, pepper and lemon juice

Tips: Add the pasta water a little at a time until the sauce clings nicely to the pasta. The seafood should remain succulent and not overcooked.
